I've spent my career on the hiring side of the table. I wrote Now Hiring Salespeople because someone should be teaching this next generation of salespeople how the hiring process really works.
The Short Version
I've interviewed thousands of salespeople. I've made the offers. I've also watched good candidates get passed over for the wrong reasons — and the wrong candidates get hired because they had the right answer to the wrong question.
For every candidate who walks into a room confused about what's actually being measured, there's a hiring manager on the other side of that table who doesn't fully know either. That's the gap. The book is the bridge.
I named it Now Hiring Salespeople because that's the sign every candidate has read — and almost none of them have been told what's behind it.
I wrote it to give back to a profession that has given me so much. Young people deserve a fighting chance to get started — when they're willing to put in the work.
